The room was quiet and absolutely perfect, the pool was great! The location was great and particularly good, next to the beach.

I had a great vacation here and found it to be quite clean, so I would definitely return.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a great area, close enough to the main artery of Bocagrande, nitelife at walking distance as well as the best restaurants, island and restaurants, night clubs and shopping malls.

I got a fantastic room that came with a fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Plus, it was really spacious! 😍.

Super nice, helpful staff (almost none speak English, however).Good location -- I prefer Bocagrande to El Centro. While this is not a luxury hotel -- it caters to many Colombian families -- it's an excellent value for Cartagena.

Not really a complaint, just a description: The rooms are pretty spartan by US standards, but very clean, and the beds and pillows and amenities (e.g., refrigerator, sunny pool) are all good.

Nothing, was a horrible experience...

There was a cockroach in the bedroom, the beds were unconfortable, everything was old. The breakfast was poor, tasteless. Also the location was not good, it was not in the historic downtown and at night was unsafe.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating.I bought a calling card and was confused on how to use it, so the manager came out of his office and went across the street with me to clear up the confusion.Everything I asked of the staff the did with a smile.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided is quite satisfactory. the hotel's location is unbeatable, situated near Playa Club and within walking distance of excellent restaurants, nightlife, and shopping malls. the standard triple room is equipped with a private safe, air conditioning, and an electronic key card for added convenience. the beds are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area is lovely. the Wi-Fi is also excellent!

The place was fairly clean, our room was exceptionally clean. Greatly enjoyed a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and a work desk in the room. The service was AMAZING and the pool was great.

The Breakfast was excellent, The location is good. The wifi it´s free. The beach is 30ft from hotel.

They need to improve the facilities, including the rooms (Too basic). The furniture is too simple, for example in the room the chair of desktop is in plastic.

We enjoyed our stay in a standard king room that had three beds, making it cozy and comfortable for our needs.

Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. The place is simple and clean, it offers good breakfast and magnificent location in the lovely & lively Boca Grande neighborhood. It has a nice bar and very amiable staff. The room is brand-new and there are pleasant views of the beach and ocean. Private bathroom is modern style. The hotel provides an excellent service. I see that free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property...
